Arrival Instructions

Access Code

A unique code will be sent no later than the day of arrival.
It applies to both the entrance door and the apartment door.
The code consists of 5 characters (4 digits + a check mark).

Window Control in the Room

Both windows and blinds operate simultaneously.
Electrically controlled windows will automatically close in case of rain.
To maintain a comfortable temperature during summer months, we recommend lowering the external blinds during the day.
During the heating season, the heating will automatically turn off if you open the windows.

Coffee Machine for Guests

Located on the first mezzanine, you will find an automatic coffee machine available for use.

Press the button on the left side to turn it on.
The machine will automatically rinse and warm up; this takes a few seconds.
Rotate the left button to select the coffee size (40 ml / 80 ml).
Press the left button to confirm your coffee selection.
You can turn off the machine manually or it will shut off automatically after a few minutes.

Notice ⚠️

Steep stairs to the 3rd floor.
The entire property is non-smoking. A fine of €400 applies for smoking or handling open flames.
It is strictly forbidden to bring any construction or industrial equipment or tools into the property under a penalty of €400.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 to 06:00.
Parties or gatherings are prohibited.
The ground floor may be slippery when wet or with wet shoes.
Opening windows will automatically deactivate the room heating.
Common areas and the courtyard are monitored by security cameras with recording.
